Civic Leadership Academy | PDF

The Civic Leadership Academy is a leadership skills development program for elected and appointed leaders and senior managers of units of government. Based on experiential learning, the training program offers a series of workshops across topics central to being an effective governmental leader in the 21st century. These include:

  • Leadership
  • Management
  • Strategic Planning
  • Economic Development
  • Budget and Finance

Workshops expose participants to a mix of collaborative leadership and problem solving techniques as well as technical skills suited to addressing today’s issues and complex agendas. Sessions are conducted by recognized experts and instructors in the governmental field.
